How long will it take to receive my renders?
Turnaround time ranges from 3 to 7 business days, depending on the complexity of the structure. A 1-story interior and exterior render typically takes around 5 business days, while 2 to 3-story structures may take up to 7 business days.
What kind of detail is included in the renders?
All measurements are kept 100% accurate to the provided plans. Furniture and appliances are included to give a clear sense of space. Elements such as outlets, light fixtures, air conditioning, rafters, water collection, septic tanks, and fences are excluded for speed, but can be added with a detailed upgrade option.
What happens if I don’t like the result?
Revisions are available to adjust the render based on your feedback.
Is my personal information secure on this site?
Yes, we use advanced encryption and privacy protocols to protect your data.
Can I track my orders through the website?
At the moment, progress updates will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
Do I have to pay in full to get my render?
A 50% deposit is required to begin. Upon completion, sample images will be provided, and full payment is required before final files are delivered.
How will my files be delivered?
All files will be delivered via email to ensure full-quality delivery.
What payment options are available?
We accept most major cards online. Cash payments are available only for clients residing in Antigua & Barbuda.
What if I want something changed?
Revisions such as new camera angles, color changes, or furniture adjustments are free, but may extend the timeline. Changes that affect the foundation or structure will incur an additional fee due to the scope of work involved.
Does the render include surrounding areas?
The render is limited to the plot, as including surrounding buildings and landscapes would require significantly more time.
